1 – PAYMENT
Credit cards, we accept most major credit or debit cards,Visa, Mastercard, Switch,Delta, Amec. There are 3 ways to pay

1 – On line secure website (We never even see your card details)
2 – Telephone with your card details.
3 – Send cheque.

On receipt of payment in full, orders are processed for despatch.

2 – DELIVERY TO UK.
By our own Vans, National Carriers and freight forwarder.Delivery times to mainland England, Wales & southern Scotland approx 2-5 working days.Central, Northern Scotland mainland up to 7 days.Estimated delivery time will be given on receipt of order.We aim to process and deliver goods a.s.a.p.You will be contacted before order is despatched.If you have an urgent delivery requirement, please contact us, we can usually accommodate.Delivery times could vary subject to availability of non stock items.

Delivery charges: Goods value up to £75 delivery cost £9.95 : over £75 delivery free

3 – DAMAGED GOODS.
Please check your parcels carefully on receipt. If the outer packaging is damaged, mark theDelivery note ‘Damaged’Then when you unwrap parcels, notify us if any damage has occurred.We will then send replacements.Please notify us within 2 days of receipt of goods.

4 – DATA PROTECTION.
JCS do not pass on your details to any third party.We are commited to protecting your privacy.

5 - GUARANTEE.
We, JCS, hereby certify that all goods supplied are fully guaranteed. Should any item, or part there of be damaged in transit or not to be specification we undertake to replace it free of charge (subject to our being notified within 7 days of receipt).

6 - CONDITIONS OF SALE.
All goods must be paid for in full before dispatch or colletion.

7 - Back Orders
If your item is not in stock we will contact you with the option to cancel or wait for new stock to arrive.

8 - Tax.
Tax will be addd to your order at 17.5%
